Vietnam project successfully delivered

This customer produces corrugated board and carton etc.,



 

Before buying FENGCHI high speed flute laminator, this customer was using another brand flute laminator, it was a little old and speed was slow. As customer order volume increases, they began to search for new high speed flute laminator, then, in the second half of 2023, we got in touch.

In September 2023, we exhibited our machine at the Vietnam PrintPack Exhibition in Ho Chi Minh city.



This customer came to visit our booth and was impressed by the capabilities of our machine, they spoke highly of our high speed flute laminator, and decided to buy it immediately. They insisted to buy the exhibited machine and requested us to transport that machine to their factory directly after exhibition.



We signed contract at the exhibition and they finished payment immediately after they went back to company.





After exhibition, we transported the machine directly to customer’s factory.



After one day break on Sunday, we installed the machine at customer’s factory.



The first day after machine installation, machine running speed over 17000 sheets/hour, average speed at 16000 sheets/hour. Customer was very happy with our high speed flute laminator performance, and very satisfied with our quality and service.



We keep in touch with customer’s machine operator, and keep tracking on the machine condition. Customer was very happy with the machine performance, and sent several machine videos, he said he quickly became proficient in using the machine. His salary is piece rate, and after using our machine, his salary almost doubled, and their boss is also very happy with the production efficiency, especially, there is barely any defective product, no wastage on material.



 

Since the machine installed, customer's order volume has increased a lot, they laminated an average of more than 100,000 sheets of paper every working day. Sometimes, they need to continuously run the machine at high speed over 18000 sheets/hour, and the machine performs very stable.
